Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Background: Grapes are delicately picked, destalked and pressed. The juice is cooled to 8 - 10C for 4 - 6 hours. The juice is then cold decanted and inoculated with selected yeast for fermentation. The wine sees no oak ageing but is left to settle in stainless steel before bottling.
