Greenish, very appealing color. Fresh and floral smell with clear hints of rennet apples and pineapple, delicate citrus note. Fruity, mineral flavor, slightly soft with a slight liveliness on the palate due to the delicate presence of natural carbon dioxide, originating from alcoholic fermentation.

Vineyards location: Castelbuono (PA) - C.da Santa Anastasia, Frassino Hill of 450 m. a.s.l.

Yeald per hectar: 6.000 Kg

Harvest: Manu al harvest: beginning of August

Traditional vinification by soft pressing and cold settling of the must. Thermo-controlled fermentation at 16 degrees for about one mo nth ; at the en d of fermentation, rapid cooling of the wine to trap the natural CO2 of fermentation and maintain a natural light perlage until bottling.
