Dalila Riserva Feudo Arancio
Dalila Riserva by Feudo Arancio is a harmonious blend of grillo, a native Sicilian grape, and viognier, a grape originating from the Rhone valley. Its fruity aroma with citrus notes on the finish best expresses the sun and warmth of our Sicily.

Harvest period: end of August, first week of September
Vinification: selective harvesting of the grapes, crushing and destemming and pressing in total shelter from the air ("reduction" vinification technique), natural decantation, fermentation at a controlled temperature (18°C) for 10 days. Maturation on the lees for 5 months. Filtration, stabilization and bottling.
Alcoholic content: 12%
Color: deep straw yellow.
Bouquet: characteristic fruity aroma reminiscent of jasmine and distinctly tropical aroma with very delicate notes of mango and papaya.
Taste: structured wine, ample with a marked fruity taste and a fresh finish with a citrus finish. Balanced and harmonious.
Pairings: It goes well with seafood, pasta dishes with vegetables, white meats and baked fish.
