It comes from a blend of grapes native Sicilian formed by 50 % Grillo , 30 %Grecanico and 20% Inzolia. The grapes come from different parts of Sicily and were harvested between August 15 and the end of September with yields from vineyards that do not exceed 55 quintals of grapes per hectare.
