In Castiglione di Sicilia, an Etna area suited to viticulture, Tornatore produces its Etna Bianco aged in steel and concrete. Carricante grapes which, thanks to the climate and the lava soil of the northern side of the volcano, offer a white wine of great freshness and flavor, with fruity, citrus and mentholated aromas against a background of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub. An unmistakable Sicilian white wine, pleasant to drink.

Vinification: the grapes harvested manually in small boxes quickly arrive in the cellar where they are subjected to manual selection on a belt. After destemming and light pressing, the grapes are softly pressed

Fermentation: the must obtained is clarified in the cold and left to ferment at a temperature of 15-16°C

Aging: on fine lees for approximately 3 months

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol

Color: pale straw yellow with intense greenish reflections

Nose: fruity bouquet with aromas of green apple, grapefruit, white peach and aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub

Palate: savory, mineral and juicy freshness with pleasant aromatic returns

Pairings: ideal white wine with first and second courses of fish, shellfish, white meats and grilled vegetables

Serving temperature: 10-12°C
