From the native Sicilian grape Grillo. The grapes are delicately pressed and the must, rich in flavors and aromas, is fermented at low temperature to preserve the characteristic and original fragrance. Grillo has a pleasant and light taste and a fresh and fruity taste.

Production technique: White wine vinification with short cold skin maceration at controlled temperature of 14°C in steel tanks for 20 days
Ageing: For 6 months in steel tanks, one of which is passed on the yeasts, then in the bottle
Alcoholic content: 13% vol
Colour: clear, straw yellow
Nose: intense and persuasive bouquet with hints of citrus, from pink grapefruit, lemon, mandarin, verdello orange, and tropical notes of pineapple and passion fruit but also peach, white plum and an unexpected prickly pear
Palate: harmonious, persistent and fresh with good acidity. The finish is long and soft with hints of medlar and nectarine peach
Pairings: pairs well with fish based dishes and also excellent as an aperitif
