Grillo BIO Abbazia Santa Anastasia
The Abbazia Sant'Antiasia Biological Cricket has a straw yellow color with light greenish nuances, while the nose offers fresh fruit aromas with floral notes. The palate is pleasantly fresh, sapid and persistent. Best served with fish dishes, excellent as an aperitif.






From the native Sicilian grape Grillo. The grapes are delicately pressed and the must, rich in flavors and aromas, is fermented at low temperature to preserve the characteristic and original fragrance. Grillo has a pleasant and light taste and a fresh and fruity taste.

Production technique: White wine vinification with short cold skin maceration at controlled temperature of 14°C in steel tanks for 20 days.
Maturation: For 6 months in steel tanks, one of which is passed on the yeasts, then in the bottle.
Alcoholic content: 12.5% vol
Tasting notes: Straw yellow color with light greenish shades, to the nose it proposes fresh fruit perfumes with floral notes. To the palate pleasantly fresh, tasty and persistent.
Serving temperature: 9°C.
Pairings: pairs well with fish based dishes and also excellent as an aperitif.
