The Grillo from the In Purezza line by Baglio di Pianetto is a monovarietal wine with gustatory and aromatic characteristics given by an exceptional mountain terroir. Baglio di Pianetto's production philosophy is not based on quantity but on quality and sustainability. The result is an authentic white wine with a balanced and dynamic structure, with a well-integrated acidity that gives pleasure to the sip. A Grillo wine that wants to reinterpret and enhance Sicilian wine production thanks also to the collaboration of Graziana Grassini, one of the first female oenologists in Italy, of international fame.

Nose: intense and complex aromatic expressiveness with predominance of tropical and citrus notes. Aromas of mandarin, mango, pineapple and papaya emerge, enriched by floral nuances of heather flowers

Palate: marked minerality and flavor with a marked freshness

Pairings: excellent as an aperitif and with fish-based dishes
