Tasting notes: It is a fairly savory wine, as part of the grapes come from vineyards adjacent to the sea coast in front of the island of Mozia. This makes it an evocative wine that encompasses all the Sicilian nature of the sea, the summer breezes and the citrus fruits of Sicily.
Pairings: Fish, molluscs and crustaceans, fresh cheeses, cured meats, eggs and risottos, pasta with light sauces, chicken, fresh pasta. Excellent as an aperitif.
