Pairings: it goes perfectly with appetizers and snacks prepared with cheeses and vegetables. Ideal to accompany fish-based dishes, risottos, pastas, grilled and fried foods. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif.

Bought this to replenish my dwindling stocks of this wine, it is a firm favourite. Great on a hot day or with a spicy dish. Elegant, hints of sweet fruits without being even mildly sweet. A real treasure.
