In Sambuca di Sicilia, a land dedicated to viticulture, the Cellaro winery produces excellent wines while respecting nature and the environment. A pure Grillo wine, Lumà Grillo by Cellaro is born from the native Sicilian white grapes par excellence and owes its name to the numerous presence of snails in the vineyards. The proliferation of snails, not always advantageous for the vines, testifies to a respectful way of doing agriculture that has allowed the vegetation of the territory to be safeguarded.

Color: straw yellow, bright and lively, with golden reflections

Nose: fresh and mineral bouquet. The nose offers hints of yellow flowers, peaches and citrus fruits

Palate: fresh, full-bodied, mineral, persistent in the mouth

Aftertaste: pleasant bitter aftertaste reminiscent of almonds

Pairings: Grillo Lumà wine goes well with fish-based first courses, shellfish, light risottos, elaborate blue fish second courses, couscous and fish soups. White wine perfect with smoked fish
