Aging: 3 months in steel

Bottle refinement: 2 months in bottle before sale

Nose: intense and aromatic. Pleasant fruity hints of green apple are perceived followed by elegant floral notes dominated by acacia

Palate: very balanced, fresh and tasty. A well-structured wine with a long and persistent finish

Pairings: perfect with rich and tasty seafood first courses such as busiate with scampi and red prawns from Mazara, risotto alla marinara. Also excellent with grilled fish main courses, fresh cheeses and seasonal vegetables
