Production technique: Traditional white vinification on the skins maceration in concrete tanks at low temperature for 48 hours, fermented for 7 days in concrete tanks without selected yeasts, enzymes and fining use, at controlled temperature, followed by in second passage barriques.
Ageing: Malolactic fermentation and ageing for 8-9 months in French Allier oak barrels with a second passage with frequent batonnage made for suspending sur lies. Then in bottle.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Intense and elegant bouquet, with hints of citrus fruits, acacia flowers and medlar, slightly woody. On the palate it’s fresh and very mineral. Taste balanced, long, round and persistent.
