Organic white wine produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, Synesthesia is brilliant, pale straw yellow with slight greenish shades. On the nose floral and fruity, with clear notes of the primary grape aromas, well blended with hints of citrus and mineral nuances.The taste is full and persistent, well balanced, good minerality and acidity, well balanced by the low alcohol wine.

Production technique: Maceration in white for 24-hour cold checked temperature on the skins, in concrete tanks, fermentation by indigenous yeasts for 16 days at a controlled temperature of 13/15°C in steel.
Ageing: In steel tanks for 6 months, including 4 on the lees until the end of the process, then in bottle.
Alcohol content: 13% vol
Matches: best with prestigious fish dishes, shellfi sh, seafood and medium seasoned sheep and cow milk cheeses.
