ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: A distinctly aromatic Sicilian variety, with aromas of apricots, medlars, beeswax and yellow flowers. Light yellow color with green reflections: fresh and vibrant despite a moderate alcoholic presence.
PAIRING: Raw seafood, pasta with sea urchins, fried vegetables and fish. Also good with white-paste cheeses and with vegetables in pinzimonio.
