Vineyards location: High Madonie Mountain Chain 1000 m.a.s.l.

Yeald per hectar: 7.000 kg

Harvest: Manual harvest: end of August

Production technique: In white with short cold maceration, fermentation at controlled temperature of 14°C in stainless steel tanks.

Ageing: In steel tanks for 5 months including one sur lies, then in bottle.

Alc.% Vol.: 12,5°

Tasting notes: Straw yellow color and light green hues, at the nose it offers fresh fruit aromas with floral notes. The taste is pleasantly fresh, fruity and persistent.

Serve at 9°C.

Matches: Excellent as an aperitif and suitable for fish based dishes.
