Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Denomination: Bianco Sicilia DOC

Territory of origin: Memphis, south-western coasts of Sicily

Terroir: Exposure of the vineyards to the south and south-west on clayey and medium-textured soils

Altitude: 80 - 350mt s.l.m.

Vineyards: The density of the vineyards, grown in espalier and pruned with guyot, is 4,000 - 4,500 plants / ha

Harvest: First week of August

Vinification: After the cryomaceration of the grapes at a temperature of 5-8 ° C for 4/6 hours, fermentation and maturation take place for 3 months in steel tanks, aging in bottle for 4 months.

Tasting notes: The wine has a straw yellow color with bright golden reflections. The aroma is intense, with aromas of citrus, peach, apricot and hints of mint and basil. On the palate it presents excellent harmony between fruit aromas and minerality, with a fresh and persistent finish.
