Viognier 2023 Organic from Baglio di Pianetto – In Purezza Wines

Viognier by Baglio di Pianetto is one of the monovarietal wines of the In Purity line and stands out for its aromatic complexity and its elegant structure. The In Purezza line from Baglio di Pianetto was created to enhance and reinterpret the individual vines in relation to the different altitudes of the Pianetto district and boasts the precious collaboration of Graziana Grassini, an internationally renowned oenologist. The high altitude, the extraordinary mountain terroir and sustainable viticulture in fact give life to a unique, profound highland Viognier with a Mediterranean soul capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates.

Nose: deep and complex bouquet. On the nose it offers balsamic aromas of sage, elegance, lemon and broom, delicate floral notes of white wisteria, acacia, helichrysum and freesias, and nuances of cedar and Mediterranean scrub

Palate: balanced and mineral with a vertical and full structure. The flavor of the ripe winter medlar blends harmoniously with a savory note creating a satisfying taste balance. The finish is long and persistent
