Zibibbo Bahar is one of the six autochthonous mono-varietals that best represent the peculiarities and nuances of the Valle del Belìce area.
It is a wine with an intense yellow color, with fruity and floral aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits, peaches and yellow melons, the result is a great taste-olfactory balance.
It belongs to the medium-compact ''Terra Bianca'' category. The dry microclimate with good water retention makes this land the ideal habitat for the cultivation of native white varietals.

How is this wine made and what are its characteristics?
This wine is made through a manual harvest conducted at the end of August in the hilly countryside of Gibellina. The territory is unique because the climatic conditions create an ideal habitat for the ripening of the Zibibbo grapes.
