Zibibbo DOC Tenute Orestiadi
Zibibbo is one of the six indigenous mono-varietals that best represent the peculiarities and nuances of the Belìce Valley territory. Cultivated on white soil, it is a wine with an intense yellow color, with fruity and floral aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits, peach and yellow melon.

Terrain: White soil 200-450 metres above sea level
Color: Intense strow yellow with greenish hints
Nose: Floreal and fruity aromas that reminds citrus fruit, peach and yellow melon, perfectly balanced
Taste: On the palate it’s fresh and elegant, sapid and harmonious. Excellent balance.
Pairings: Excellent with fish first courses, fried fresh fish, shrimp, shellfish and sea urchins
Vinification: Aging 3 months in steel tanks and at least 4 months in bottle
