Nero d'Avola and Cabernet Sauvignon give life to Cantodoro: Nero d'Avola brings a strong fruity component that is identified in intense and ripe aromas of blackberries, wild strawberries and raspberries, and Cabernet Sauvignon brings both aromas of redcurrants and red fruits , both the structure and the body that give longevity and thickness to the product.
It is the most complex wine. A unique blend determined by the characteristics of each grape that composes it and that, of course, are different each harvest. Tribute to my "teacher" of the wine.
The Cartagho made a wine from grapes Nero d'Avola, intense color and life brings smells deep and elegant licorice, plums and well integrated wood. On the palate it is full, balanced, supported by soft tannins and fine.
Ruby red color with purple hues, the nose has an intense and elegant, with notes of liquorice and spices which then must be open to notes of ripe red fruit reminiscent of cherry. The palate is well structured and round with a nice tannic structure.
This Mandrarossa Cavadiserpe is a wonderful combination of Merlot and Alicante Bouschet. Its nose offers fruit-led fragrances reminiscent of forest fruits and cherry jam.
From the vineyards grown on the black sandy soils of the Volcano comes Cavanera Rovo delle Coturnie Etna DOC, a red cru blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio. Cavanera Rovo delle Coturnie is a wine with exceptionally mineral aromas which stands out for its alcoholic elegance and spicy aromas typical of Nerello Mascalese.
