Cabernet Sauvignon by Feudo Arancio is a full-bodied Sicilian red wine, of great thickness and structure. It is distinguished by the softness of the tannins and aromatic complexity.

Vinification: after harvesting at perfect aromatic and polyphenolic ripeness, followed by destemming and alcoholic fermentation with the skins for 12 days at 26°C, subsequent malolactic fermentation with selected bacteria, maturation for 12 months in French oak barrels
Color: deep purple red
Bouquet: notes of blackcurrant and ripe cherry, well integrated with spicy hints deriving from aging in wood
Taste: structured and powerful, with present but delicate tannins
Alcoholic degree: 13.5%
Pairings: grilled red meats, game, cured meats and aged cheeses. Ideal to combine with a millefeuille of pork fillet, ossobuco or veal Milanese
