Calanìca Syrah Duca di Salaparuta
Calanìca Duca di Salaparuta is a Sicilian red wine from Syrah grapes, grown on white and limestone hills. Ruby in color, it has an intense, fruity, spicy aroma and a rich, broad and velvety flavor.

VINEYARDS: Vineyard grown on counter-espalier with an average density of 4,500 vines per hectare
HARVEST: Grapes harvested by hand in the second half of September
VINIFICATION: Traditional fermentation with maceration on the skins for about 6 - 8 days. Racking, soft pressing and malolactic fermentation
MATURATION: In steel for more than two months in contact with its yeasts
AGING: After bottling, he spends a month in the bottle in the temperature-controlled cellar for the development of the bouquet
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% in vol
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 16-18°C

BOUQUET: Complex, intense, fruity with notes reminiscent of red fruits, spicy and black pepper notes
