It is the most complex wine. A unique blend determined by the characteristics of each grape that composes it and that, of course, are different each harvest. Tribute to my "teacher" of the wine.

Deep, very balanced, with a tannin of exemplary elegance and a savory final finish that argues in favor of its favorable evolution over time. Wine of great cloth and thickness, elegant, unmistakable on the nose for its intense spiciness, a Bordeaux made rich but measured, not opulent; powerful but never heavy, on the contrary, smooth and juicy.
HOW IT COMBINES
The Dear Master goes well with dishes based on lamb, boiled meat, veal kidney, duck with orange, roasted game and in general with meat dishes with an intense flavor. Serving temperature 16-20 ° C
