DBE Etna Rosso DOC 2021 Marco De Bartoli wines - DBE Solisciaro estate
De Bartoli's Etna Rosso comes from native Nerello Mascalese grapes in the vineyards of Solisciaro estate, in Castiglione di Sicilia. Here, in the Rampante district, between Solicchiata and Passopisciaro, De Bartoli begins to produce his Etna Rosso DBE with passion and tenacity. The Nerello mascalese grapes grown on the fertile volcanic terroir of the northern side of Etna give this elegant and mineral Etna Rosso, with enveloping aromas. In addition to the exceptional territory, what makes this wine great is the careful attention paid during all phases of production, from the vineyard to the cellar. Thanks to the counter-espalier training system with spurred cordon pruning, a guarantee of sustainable and quality viticulture, and the careful natural vinification only with its own yeasts, Etna rosso DBE by De Bartoli is an emblematic wine of Etna wines.
