Frappato DOC Tenute Orestiadi
The Frappato Tenute Orestiadi is a mono-varietal native from grapes grown in the Belìce Valley. It is a soft and well balanced wine, with a very lively acidity and a velvety, long and persistent finish.

Nose: The bouquet is fresh and inviting, with delicate floreal hints and red fruits
Taste: Smooth and well balanced with a very lively acidity. The finish is intensely velvety and persistent
Pairings: Spaghetti alla Norma, medium cheeses, grilled meats, lamb stew
Vinification: The wine is aged for about 4 months in steel tanks and replaced for about 8-10 months in French oak tonneaux. Aging is completed inside the bottle lying on its side for about 6 months.
