How is this wine made and what are its characteristics?
The grapes are harvested manually at the beginning of September, processed in the cellars and left to macerate with the skins. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, around 22/24°, we proceed with the final processing: 4 months in steel, 8/10 months in French and American oak tonneaux, finally in the bottle lying down for 6 months. A perfect aromatic complexity will be obtained for a well-balanced red.
