Produced in Gibellina, on the hills of the Belìce Valley, from a careful selection of Nero d'Avola grapes, the main vine of western Sicily, Tenute Orestiadi's Molino a Vento Organic Nero d'Avola is born. Organic Nero d'Avola belongs to the Contemporanei line as it expresses contemporaneity, the result of the union between Agriculture and Art. A red wine with a wide aromatic range, elegant and highly concentrated.

Soil: black earth, rich in silty-clayey substances, compact and resistant to drought

Aging: in steel, completes the maturation process in wood for 2-4 months before being bottled

Color: intense ruby red with violet reflections
Nose: Mediterranean character with fruity notes ranging from licorice to berries
Palate: intense and decisive, with soft and persistent tannins. The finish is pleasantly savory
Pairings: excellent with spaghetti with tomato and salted ricotta and Sicilian-style baked anelletti. Perfect in combination with second courses of red meat and game (pork sausage with sauce). Try it with stewed fish and fresh string cheeses
