Tenute Orestiadi's Syrah Molino a Vento is born from the most widespread international red grape variety in the world and perfectly integrated into the Sicilian winemaking history. A balanced Syrah with great olfactory power. Syrah Molino a Vento is part of the Contemporanei collection, fresh and young vintage wines.

Soil: black earth, rich in silty-clayey substances, compact and resistant to drought

Vinification: destemming and soft pressing of the grapes
Fermentation: at controlled temperature
Aging: in steel, completes the maturation process in wood for 2-4 months before being bottled
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol
Color: very intense purplish red
Nose: the bouquet offers distinct hints of violet and blackcurrant, enriched with notes of liquorice and black pepper
Palate: full, with harmonious and well integrated tannins. The finish is pleasantly toasted and spicy
