On the palate it is full-bodied with harmonious and well-integrated tannins and a pleasant finish of spices and cocoa.

Fermentation: at controlled temperature
Aging: in steel, completes the maturation process in wood for 2-4 months before being bottled
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol
Color: very intense purplish red
Nose: the bouquet offers distinct hints of violet and blackcurrant, enriched with notes of liquorice and black pepper
Palate: full, with harmonious and well integrated tannins. The finish is pleasantly toasted and spicy
