The Montenero has a concentrated ruby red color. Elegant, velvety and seductive, it has intense aromas of small and ripe red berry and cherry fruits, which are well blended with the scents of licorice and spices along with hints of violets and vanilla.

Production Technique: Traditional red vinification in small oak conical section 100 hl. without selected yeasts, enzymes and clarifying at controlled temperature by pumping, pressing and delestage max 32 ° C, for 15 days in maceration on the skins.
Ageing: 2 months in concrete tanks, then in French Allier oak barrels for 30 months then finally in bottle.
