Aging: In steel, six months in 3000 lt barrels.

TASTING NOTES
It has an intense ruby red color, with violet reflections, the aroma is complex, with notes of dried plum, cherry, blackberry, black currant, and raspberry. The aroma is enveloping, fruity of morello cherry and raspberry, pleasantly balanced. The taste is rich, broad and velvety, with great structure and aromatic persistence, with typical austere but gentle tannins.

HOW IT COMBINES
Particularly suitable for red meat dishes and for some medium-aged cheeses, it goes well with succulent first courses. Serving temperature 16-20 ° C
