Nose: complex aroma, with notes of dried plum, cherry, blackberry, black currant, and raspberry. The scent is enveloping, fruity of morello cherry and raspberry, pleasantly balanced.
Palate: rich, ample and velvety flavor, with great structure and aromatic persistence, with typical austere but gentle tannins.
Pairings: Particularly suitable for red meat dishes and some medium-aged cheeses and succulent first courses.
