Harvest period: second ten days of September
Vinification: Destemming, Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and Maceration in stainless steel tanks for 14 days at a controlled temperature, racking, short aging in concrete tanks and in bottles.
Alcoholic degree: 13% vol
Color: intense ruby red
Nose: menthol notes are perceived, combined with sweeter hints of small ripe red fruits and hints of pepper that make it intriguing and complex.
Palate: it is velvety, savory, with a vibrant finish, supported by an acidity typical of the grape that allows you to appreciate its typical aftertaste.
