Nero d'Avola DOC Morgante - Sicilian Red Wine

A red wine with velvety tannins, pleasantly persistent, Morgante's Nero d'Avola is an elegant and fascinating table wine, perfect with Sicilian dishes such as eggplant parmigiana or with roast meat and pork ribs. On the nose it offers fruity tones, of Mediterranean scrub and on the palate it is full-bodied with a fresh and correct finish.

Fruity notes of black currant and blueberry, hints of juniper and myrtle Mediterranean scrub, velvety tannin and good persistence make Nero d'Avola of Morgante an excellent Sicilian table wine.

Pairings: Ideal with meat soups, legumes and typical dishes of the Sicilian culinary tradition. Also try it with fish dishes with an intense flavor.
