Vinification: Destemming, pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 14 days at 24°C, racking.
Refinement: 6 months half in cement tanks and half in French oak barrels followed by a short aging in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol
Colour: intense ruby red
Nose: complex and intriguing bouquet with mentholated, fruity notes of ripe red fruits and spicy pepper
Palate: soft, savory, with good acidity and a persistent finish
Serving temperature: 17-18°C
