Oniris Rosso Duca di Salaparuta
Onìris Rosso by Duca di Salaparuta is a very fruity wine, with a modern, full and persistent character, ideal for spending moments of lightheartedness. Indicated as an aperitif, it is also excellent with tasty fish and white meats.

SOIL: Mixed composition tending to limestone
ALTITUDE: From 100 to 350 meters above sea level
CLIMATE: Mediterranean insular tending to hot-arid
VINEYARDS: Back-espalier-trained vineyard with a medium-high density of vines per hectare over 4,000
HARVEST: Hand-picked grapes, perfectly ripe in late September and early October depending on the variety
VINIFICATION: Traditional fermentation with maceration on the skins from 5 to 8 days with cold pre-maceration and blending of the wines after malolactic fermentation
MATURATION: At a controlled temperature until January
AGING: After bottling 2 months in the cellar at a controlled temperature of 15° -16°C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5% by vol
COLOR: Intense and brilliant ruby red with slight purple hues
BOUQUET: Pleasant hints of red fruits, also floral and delicate citrus notes
TASTE: Full, balanced, very fruity and with good persistence
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14° - 16°C
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Suitable as an aperitif, it is excellent with tasty fish and white meats. It makes the moment to enjoy a rich bruschetta or the best plate of spaghetti even more intense. Try it with pizza.
