Orestiadi Ludovico is the cru of Tenute Orestiadi, produced from Nero d'Avola (90%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%). On the palate it is powerful with a complex, broad and enveloping structure.

Terrain: Black soil up to 500 metres above sea level
Color: Intense ruby red colour with purple hues
Nose: Intense bouquet of prunes, mulberry and black cherry that alternate with spicy nuances of liquorice, tobacco, pepper and cocoa
Taste: Full bodied wine, powerful on the palate with complex structure and soft finely balanced tannins
Pairings: Grilled red meats, long-seasoned cheeses, game stew
Vinification: The wine is aged for about 4/6 months in steel tanks and replaced for about 16-18 months in French oak barrels. Aging is completed inside the bottle lying on its side for about 12 months.
