Vineyards location: Trapani territory: estates Soria, Guarini and Cuddìa 130 - 250 m. s.l.m. Soil composition Calcareous and cleyey Training system Cordon trained, spur pruned 
Nr. Vines per hectare: n° 5.500 / 6.000 
Yield per hectare 6.800 kg 
Harvest: II -III decade di September 
Fermentation temperature: 14 -16°C 
Period of fermentation: 20-25 days 
Production method: Traditional vinification in red fermenters followed by appropriate maturation for a period of 10 months. 
Alcohol: 14,5 % by vol. 
Tasting notes: Deep ruby coloured nectar with elegant notes of dark spices, blueberries and chocolate blend together. Wine with a strong personality.
