Characteristics: Frappato grape variety has been cultivated in Vittoria since XVII century; The name in the sicilian dialect is Rappatu becouse of the winged form of its pyramidal cluster made of two or more wings. Cherry red wine; dry and fresh taste: delicate scents of black berry fruits that increase the sensorial characteristics of this wine. At a low temperature combine this wine with fish soups; at room temperature combine with white meat.
