Production technique: Traditional vinification in concrete tanks without selected yeasts, enzymes and fining use, at controlled temperature by pumping, pressing and delestage max 32 ° C, per 20 days maceration on the skins.
Ageing: 14-18 months in 20 to 30 hl French oak barrels, then in bottle for 6 months.

Tasting notes: Purple-red color with violet hues. The nose is clean, the bouquet is particularly large and fresh on red fruit and balsamic notes. Slightly woody. On the palate it is elegant and velvety with notes of red fruits, sweet and pleasant tannins. Its aroma is unforgettable. His persistence, pleasantly long, stimulates the taster to drink another sip.
