Palate: the flavor is that of a robust and well structured wine; with an intense and fruity aroma with hints of small black fruits and spices, in particular black pepper stands out. It has a good structure and persistence, it is soft and quite fresh with medium tannins.

Pairings: it is perfect with aged cheeses and meat, with pasta with tomato sauce, with game meat such as venison or wild boar and all baked red meat in general, as well as with meat stews. We can say that medium strong flavors and Syrah are allies of luxury.
