To express the essence of the "Terre della Baronia" of Campobello di Licata, is the Terre della Baronia Rosso by Milazzo Wineries, a dominant Nero d'Avola supported by some clones of Perricone grown in the "Milici" area with some of the plants dating back to 1960, to give body and personality. A red wine with character, fragrant and elegant, with excellent persistence.

VINIFICATION: the grapes are gently de-stemmed and after a 24 / 48h pre-fermentation cold maceration is fermented in vertical steel vats for about 3 weeks with daily pumping over in the air, in order to optimize the extraction of colors and aromas from the peels
MATURATION: about 12 months partly in oak barriques and partly in steel - final refinement in the bottle
ALCOHOL: 14.5% vol
COLOR: impenetrable red
NOSE: sweet scents reminiscent of mulberry and black cherry. Sweet spices are reminiscent of licorice, incense and cocoa berry
PALATE: it is structured with a vigorous but at the same time elegant and fragrant character, with excellent persistence
PAIRING: accompanies first courses based on meat and vegetables, grilled meats, roasts, game, medium-aged cheeses
