Rosé Morgante - Morgante Wines
Vinified from Nero d’Avola grapes, Rosé di Morgante is a fresh rosé wine with a bright and not very intense color. A pleasant-drinking wine with strong and fruity aromas, perfect for aperitifs with a Sicilian soul.

Climate: dry autumn and winter with mild climate. The rains in May and June caused the development of downy mildew with consequent loss of some bunches of grapes. The hot and dry summer allowed a good ripening of the grapes
Training system: guyot and spurred cordon
Harvest: manual in small plastic crates in mid-September
Winery: the grapes are subjected to soft pressing and static draining. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 15 and 17°C
Aging: in stainless steel tanks for approximately 4 months
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol
Color: bright rosé
Nose: wine with a fruity and floral bouquet with aromas of cherry and rose petals
Palate: fresh, soft and medium-bodied rosé wine
Pairings: ideal wine as an aperitif, perfect to pair with raw white fish, salmon, marinated raw red prawns and all Mediterranean salads
Glass: glass of the right size to enhance the aromas
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
