This rosé, obtained from the vinification of Nero d’Avola, shows an intense but sparkling rosé color that denotes freshness. Sharp, fruity aromas where citrus and floral notes stand out, reminiscent of rose petals. Savory wine but at the same time fragrant and balanced. Ideal as an aperitif, it enhances raw white fish, amberjack, red snapper, peppered mussels, marinated raw red prawns and any type of Mediterranean salad. Serving temperature 10-12 ° C.
The Nero d’Avola harvested in small plastic boxes in mid-September, from clayey limestone soils to about 400 / 450meters s.l.m. it is subjected to soft pressing and static drainage. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 15 and 17 ° C. The refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months. The alcohol content is 13.00% Vol.
