VINIFICATION: similar to that of a white wine: crushing and destemming and sent to a soft press for a short maceration of 1-2 hours to achieve the perfect extraction of color. The must thus obtained, after decanting, is decanted and ferments at 15 ° C in steel tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: The delicate color of the Rosé reminds us of the elegance of a prima ballerina. Floral notes such as hibiscus and rose hips meet hints of strawberries, blackberries and melon. Lively and fresh in the mouth it recalls meringue and recalls the light pulp of snuffbox peaches.
PAIRING: Perfect to combine with any idea of ​​a snack that may cross your mind during your summer afternoons. Also good with seafood and vegetable fries, tempura or sushi.
