Dry vinified, the Zibibbo by Mandrarossa is a Monovarietal wine obtained from organic Moscato d'Alessandria grapes. It is a Sicilian white wine with a strong aroma that will win you over for its freshness and minerality. Excellent to accompany fish and sushi dishes.

Alcoholic content: 13% vol
Vinification: After cryomaceration at 5-8°C for 4/6 hours, the must ferments for 15/20 days at 16-18°C
Aging: 4 months in steel vats
Color: light straw-yellow
Nose: Unmistakable notes of almond, apricot and orange blossom
Palate: fresh and immediate, with a strong minerality
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Food pairing: Seafood starters, shellfish, smoked fish, sushi
