Terroir: Exposure of the vineyards to the south on medium-textured soils tending to limestone.

Vineyards: The density of the vineyards, grown in espalier and pruned with guyot, is 4,000 - 5,000 plants / ha.
Harvest: Second week of August
Vinification: After cryomaceration for 4/6 hours at 5-8 ° C, the grapes ferment for 15/20 days at 16-18 ° C. Aging takes place in steel containers for 6 months and in the bottle for at least another 3 months.

Tasting notes: The wine has a straw yellow color with a very fine, intense and persistent perlage. The perfume is strong and fresh, with hints of jasmine, citrus fruits, apricot and a fragrant nuance of bread crust and yeasts. On the palate it is round, elegant and mineral, with a long and persistent finish.
