How is this sparkling wine made and what are its characteristics?
After a light pressing at a controlled temperature, we proceed with the refermentation in an autoclave, with a further stop on the lee for 3 months.
Grapes: Catarratto and Grecanico Cuvèe
Terrain: Black terrain 200-350 meters above sea level
Colour: Yellow with green reflections with a fine and persistent perlage
Nose: The bouquet is fruity and floral with delicate notes of green apple
Taste: The flavor is dry, fresh with green notes, synonymous with youth
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif or with fish dishes, even fried
Vinification: Sparkling wine with the Charmat method. Aging in bottle for at least 3 months
