In this case, Sicilian Legacy Florio Jamaica is the union of an aged rum distilled with a discontinuous still and an aromatic rum distilled with a column still.

The main procedure that characterizes it is the refinement process, which takes place with Marsala barrels in the very famous Florio cellars, in Sicily.
