What are the characteristics of The Busker Single Malt?
The barley used to create this whiskey is harvested, ground and sent to the fermentation phase. We then proceed to distillation in traditional copper stills, matured in barrels of two different woods (bourbon and sherry) to give greater taste and persistence. Subsequently, the whiskey matures for at least 3 years in oak barrels already used for other liqueurs previously, in order to give unique flavors of a tradition that has been mature for some time.
