What are the characteristics of the Single Pot Still?
This whiskey is made from pure barley, 30% malted and 30% unmalted. The processing takes place on a triple distillation process in traditional copper stills, slowly matured and finished in Bourbon and Sherry barrels. These two barrels were previously also used for the creation of fortified wines and more, therefore giving greater taste and character to this much loved liqueur.
