INGREDIENTS: "00" type wheat flour, dried and/or candied fruit (or chocolate chips), sugar, vegetable margarine, water, egg yolks, natural yeast. Emulsifier: (E 471) or monodiglycerides of food fatty acids skimmed milk powder, salt, dextrose, flavourings.
PANDORO addition of whole eggs, cocoa butter.
FROSTING Sugar, almonds, egg whites, pre-cooked cereal flour, kernels, vegetable fat, flavourings.
