The Fiasconaro brand has been synonymous with quality since 1953 but achieved success in the 90s, when the three brothers, Martino, Nicola and Fausto, began to carry on the business started by their father Mario. We are in Castelbuono, in Sicily, a small village in the Madonie park that has become famous for the excellence achieved in the confectionery sector thanks to the intuition of Nicola Fiasconaro. One of Fiasconaro's Panettoni is Oro Verde, the pistachio panettone that best interprets the synthesis between Milanese tradition and Sicilian flavors.
Panettone ingredients: Soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs from free-range hens, white chocolate covering (10%) (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract ), yolk from fresh eggs from free-range hens, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, pistachio (Pistacia vera) (2%), orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural vanilla flavor. It may contain traces of other nuts and lupine.
Pistachio Cream Ingredients: Sugar, pistachio (Pistacia vera) (22%), vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, cocoa butter, safflower), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavors , dyes (curcumin, cupric chlorophyll), salt. It may contain traces of other nuts and / or lupine.
