The nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peel refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of the Sicilian prickly pear flower bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut.
J.Rose has a transparent, clear colour. Upon contact with ice and tonic, the essential oils of bergamot expand and give the cocktail a silvery, naturally cloudy reflection.
