Grapes: 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Muscadelle
Denomination: Controlled Bordeaux
Viticulture: The vineyards are concentrated in the hilly region south of the Dordogne River on the way to the medieval city of Creon. The vines are pruned on the double guyot system. Secondary shoots are removed and the green harvest completed to achieve a low yield. The grapes are harvested by hand in small trays before being transferred to the cellar.
Vinification: The night harvest, the soft pressing and the suspension of the lees ensure that the wine is full of zest, fresh and bright.
Color: pale but intense yellow
Nose: offers notes of citrus, apple, white peaches with a hint of white flowers.
Palate: it is round, fresh and fruity with a refreshing finish.
Tips: Serve cold, alone or with light dishes.
